1. Booking and Payments

Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once a deposit or full payment (as specified at the time of booking) is received and a confirmation voucher is issued.

Pricing: All prices are subject to availability and may change due to fluctuations in exchange rates, fuel surcharges, or government taxes until the final payment is made.

Documentation: It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they possess valid passports (minimum 6 months validity), visas, and health certificates required for the destination.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

Client Cancellation: Cancellation charges apply based on the number of days prior to departure.

  1. 30+ days: Loss of deposit.

  2. 15–29 days: 50% of the total tour cost.

  3. 0–14 days: 100% of the total tour cost (No refund).

Company Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters). In such cases, a full refund or alternative travel date will be offered.

3. Liability and Insurance

Third-Party Services: Universal Tour and Travels acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and transport providers. We are not liable for delays, accidents, or deficiencies in services provided by these third parties.

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and loss of luggage.

Universal Tour & Travels
